Our semi-personal training sessions work just like our full personal training sessions, and are an hour long. The exercises are still catered specifically for your fitness levels and fitness goals. The benefits of adding a partner to your journey are tremendous and you will feel as though you are having more fun with the social factor of a semi-personal training session.

Even with our semi-private, or semi-personal training, our trainers will still focus on your individual results. This means that you will still receive the guidance needed to reach your own personal fitness goals, while working out together. Working out with another person will allow you both to hold each other accountable, both in the gym while exercising and outside the gym following the right nutrition plan for your specific body type.

Every single semi-personal trainer and personal trainer at TrainerPro holds a fitness certification or has an education from a fitness or kinesiology program. All our experts have gone through our multi-step vetting process to ensure they have the knowledge and experience to guide you through your semi-personal training sessions. Not only do they create customized routines and exercise programs for you, they are constantly guiding you and ensuring you’re on track to meet and even exceed the fitness goals you have set for yourself. Our semi-personal and personal trainers have a passion for what they do, and it shows in the results they produce, they are driven by seeing you unleash your ultimate greatness.

Each session is fully trailed to you and your workout partner, and with the added motivation of training with a friend, colleague or spouse, you will reach your fitness goals so much faster. Semi-Personal training sessions start at $40 per person.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING PARTNER?

Yes you would, we do not pair you with a partner. If you do not have a training partner, consider private personal training classes or even group personal training classes, we offer both!

WHERE DO SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Sessions take place at your place, whether that is at your home, condo gym or even office! Our trainer network spans to most areas so we can have a trainer nearby, wherever you are.

WHAT IF MY TRAINING PARTNER AND I HAVE DIFFERENT BODY TYPES, CAN WE STILL HAVE A SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

Of course, many of our semi-personal training session partners have different body types and different fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers are experts in customizing every workout to each individual’s specific fitness goals. 

HOW DO YOU CONNECT ME WITH THE RIGHT PERSONAL TRAINER?

Our first step is always to learn more about you. After we can chat about you and your exercise partner’s current fitness level, history and fitness goals, we can then pair you with the right certified personal trainer on our team. The personal trainer we pair you with is someone who has the knowledge and experience to not only help you reach your goals, but surpass them.

CAN I BOOK THE FIRST SEMI-PERSONAL ASSESSMENT BY MYSELF AND THEN BRING MY WORKOUT PARTNER WITH ME?

Absolutely, we can arrange the initial conversation with you. Once we get to know a little more about you, you can also give us a little bit more information about your workout partner or we can wait until your first session together.
